David de la Torre García is a Mexican football manager and former defender. His playing career began in 2003 with Guerreros Acapulco, and he also played for Jaguares de Tapachula, Atlético Bucaramanga, Querétaro, Colorado Rapids, Águilas Riviera Maya, and Zacatepec before his retirement in 2006.
Following his playing career, de la Torre transitioned into coaching, starting as an assistant coach for Atlas U20 in 2009. In 2011, he moved to Bolivia to manage Real América, and subsequently managed numerous clubs including Real Mamoré, Universitario de Sucre, Sport Boys Warnes (achieving a first-ever promotion to the first division), Guabirá, Petrolero, Nacional Potosí, Real Santa Cruz, Real Potosí, Royal Pari (also achieving a first-ever promotion with them), Always Ready (winning his second Copa Simón Bolívar), and Ciudad Nueva Santa Cruz. He had multiple stints with Royal Pari, including roles as sporting director and interim manager.
