Luis Alvarez, a dedicated soccer coach with a rich background as a player, began his football journey in Mexico, where he reached the U-20 level with Tecos. His time as a player was filled with passion and joy, but recurring injuries unfortunately forced him to retire at the young age of 21. Transitioning from player to coach, Luis found new purpose in guiding young talents. As the coach of Napoli, he takes great pride in sharing his experiences and watching the children grow, not just as athletes but as individuals. He forms deep connections with his players, witnessing their maturation and significant improvement both in training and on the field.

Luis’s ultimate goal is to see his players reach their full potential and enjoy the beautiful game. He dreams of seeing them play professionally, whether in MLS or abroad, and is committed to helping them achieve this ambition.
